How to use AMIPAIN - AZ:  
Method A:  

Pre-mix 20 grams of AMIPAIN – AZ in a small bowl of water with a little flour. Mix further with 100 kg of flour, yeast and ingredients as per your normal recipe, continue as usual…

 
Method B:  
Just after starting mixing the dough, add the AMIPAIN – AZ slowly and evenly, continue as usual…  
Storage:  
    1) To be kept in a cool place / air conditioned room (between. 10-25 degrees Celsius)
    2) Do not freeze
    3) Close the cap after use
    4) Always use a dry spoon
 
AMIPAIN – AZ contains a mix of Amylases, Enzymes, Antioxidants, blowing agent and flour as a carrier.
 
When using Amipain–AZ there is no need to use Potassium Bromate in your recipe.
